Product Specification

This machine is suitable for proper agglomeration of feed mix. The machine consists of chassis by fabricated joist & channel. On chassis fabricated frame will be provided which will duly stress relieved and properly machined for proper alignment. Two numbers segmented rollers revolve in opposite direction for making briquette and leaving it down. The rollers are segmented type duly case hardened for abrasion resistance and easily replaceable. The roller pressure will be generated by Hydraulic Thruster system for perfect and measured uniform pressure. For free revolution of rollers 8 numbers heavy-duty self-aligned bearing will be provided. One number heavy-duty gearbox will also be provided for speed reduction.
